# Single-post forward analysis recipe

A bounded query and review checklist for using Telegram's captured forward counter without turning it into an unsupported propagation narrative.

## Calculation

- Mode: post_engagement
- Formula: Latest captured forwards for the resolved post; no summing across candidate matches and no inferred destinations.

## Query

Find the one post in [selected sources] about [topic/date/channel]. Show its latest captured forwards, views, and reactions, plus publication time, snapshot horizon, observation time, and permalink. If the post is ambiguous or unmeasured, state that. Do not infer origin, recipients, destinations, or coordination.

## Inputs

- **Source set:** Selected channels that legitimately contain the target post.
- **Identification clues:** Topic, phrase, publication date, channel title, or prior citation.
- **Metric checkpoint:** Latest captured snapshot with its own post-age and observed-at fields.
- **Decision purpose:** The bounded triage or comparison decision the counter will support.

- Resolved post and evidence link
- Captured forwards with companion metrics
- Snapshot age and observation timestamp
- Missing-data or ambiguity status
- Explicit propagation limitation
